Cookbook Series: Favorite Skinnytaste One & Done Recipes
I started this week with the Skinnytaste One & Done cookbook. I’ve enjoyed Skinnytaste recipes for years (since 2014 to be exact). I knew spending the next 2 weeks cooking from this cookbook will get things on the up and up following the Pioneer Woman recipe let down.

Lately, I’ve been bored with the meals I cook for my family. I noticed my stack of cookbooks gathering dust and decided to make a change. Each week I am picking 3 recipes from a cookbook. I have to say this challenge is really fun for me.
