Truth time: I’m an insecure cook.

Maybe you assume that because I’m a health coach, I’m also a natural chef. Not the case. Cooking sparks no joy for this mama. But it’s the only way I can guarantee my family & I are regularly eating quality foods. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Learning things like heathy substitutes & proper portions isn’t easy, but it’s essential to my overall heath success. And it is for you too. ⁣⁣⁣

Living healthy can be as simple as this: I use easy recipes & variety. I also challenge myself from time to time & introduce at least one new recipe a week. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
