Consistency in Fitness

I’m not going to lie to you, I didn’t workout for 3 days straight. And guess what:  that’s okay. Not just because I’m pregnant but because I’m not worried about falling off the wagon. ⁣

I’ve got a plan (you always need a PLAN). My plan is to show you it’s possible to workout throughout your entire pregnancy, if your doctor approves of course. ⁣

My plan is simple. Move, modify when necessary, eat whole quality meals, enjoy occasional treats & rest when needed. ⁣

My secret to staying consistent is the 50 other babes in my monthly accountability group. They show up, I show up & vice versa. ⁣We have created a culture of support and community.
